We have been with NTUC Income since 1900s. Sadly, we didn't buy our plans from Kamen, he was only assigned to support us when the last planner went MIA. Kamen support has been superb, attentive, and meticulous. He never failed to provide an answer when faced with an impatient customer like me. I have friends who shared the same experience as me, with agents going MIA and no support from anyone.
